Lara’s recent theatre work includes playing Dinah in the national tour of High Society, Bebe in A Chorus Line at the Crucible Theatre, Sheffield, Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at the Oldham Coliseum and Frenchy in Grease at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London’s West End. She was previously in the first national tour of Chicago, Maisie in the 50th Anniversary production of THE BOYFRIEND at Windsor Theatre Royal and national tour and appeared in the national tours of Honk!, playing the role of Henrietta, and 42nd Street, playing the lead role of Peggy Sawyer. She also played Prince Charming in Cinderella at the Palace Theatre, Mansfield.
At the age of 14, Lara played the role of Primrose Larkin in the national tour of The Darling Buds of May. She also appeared in numerous productions for the National Youth Music Theatre.
Lara trained at the Bird College of Performing Arts.
