Born in 1944 of Hungarian parents, Claude-Michel Schönberg began his career as a singer, writer and producer of popular songs. He wrote the musical score of La Revolution Française,(1973) Les Misérables,(1985) Miss Saigon (1989) and Martin Guerre.(1996-1998) He has also supervised overseas productions and co-produced several international cast albums of his shows.
In 2002-2003, Claude-Michel wrote the musical score of the Ballet "Wuthering Heights".
He has two children and in 2003 married the English ballerina Charlotte Talbot. |
