Miss Saigon premiered in the new Opera House at the Seongnam Arts Center in South Korea
Cameron Mackintosh's production of Boublil and Schonberg's Miss Saigon premiered in the new Opera House at the Seongnam Arts Centre in South Korea on Friday 7 July.
The stunning US$10M reproduction of the recent UK tour is the first Cameron Mackintosh musical performed in the Korean language. Presented by KCMI,Inc. (the presenter of "Les Miserables" in 1996 and 2002 in Korea), Miss Saigon Korea is the result of successful collaboration between the international creatives and the Korean cast and staffs.
Miss Saigon has received rave media reviews and powerful audience reaction, and it will perform at the Seongnam Arts Centre until August 20 and move to Sejong Center for the Performing Arts and perform until October 1.
